The hotel is in a prime location next to the parklands and very close to the convenient Adelaide tram system. The rooms offer great facilities such as a reasonable-sized fridge, but are in poor rundown condition, and the air conditioner doesn't reach the desired temperature. The service, from check-in assisted by an Indian receptionist at the reception desk, was top-notch. The dining, which included vegetarian dishes, was delightful. The facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel offers a convenient location next to parklands and has everything one needs for an overnight stay. The rooms are in poor condition, with the air conditioner not reaching the desired temperature and no coffee making facilities. However, having a bed for a child is a plus. The Indian receptionist at check-in was friendly and helpful, and the service from check-in to check-out was satisfactory. The location is great, with easy access to the tram stop just 200m away. The dining experience includes locally caught fish. Overall, the hotel provides basic facilities for a short stay.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The cozy and well-equipped rooms were a delight, but the uncomfortable beds were a downside. The service, though, was excellent, especially the warm welcome from the Indian receptionist at check-in. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore in Adelaide. The dining experience of classic Italian dishes was a highlight, but the facilities could use some improvement.
